Seal
On the beach around 28th street in VA beach there was a crowd gathered around watching a harp seal chillin on the beach. He was in the process of migrating and was resting for the day. There is nothing wrong with the seal. There were aquarium volunteers there keeping and eye on things and making sure no one bothered the seal. Here are some pics and a video of the little monster.
