This past week I went ninja style and only ate when I was hungry, trying to eat as little as possible. I didn’t go to the gym at all. Some was planned but the snow kept me in the house so I didn’t venture out. I did this back in June for a week and it helped a lot. Lost a lot of weight. So under 600 calories a day for several days. I know, not good. But short term it’s not going to kill me. And it did kick start my system in gear I think. Last week was a ten pound gain and this week a ten pound loss. There was a problem with the scale machine and the electrical resistance reading so we don’t know for sure if it was an accurate reading.

Back to workouts today and all the meals each day so I get all the nutrients. The rest of the day is free so I am not sure what I am going to do. I have a long list of things to work on and I will probably ditch it all to clean and reorganize my office studio or the kitchen.
