General Meeting
Last night was an exciting night for the Triangle Brass Band. We had the annual general meeting, where the band gets the update about the situation the band is in. reports from the president, treasurer and music director were given, plus a vote to update the bylaws, and then elections to instill the new Board of Directors. Everything went according to plan, and went well. The new board is elected and we can now work on getting them to work for us. Next years schedule was released and we can work on getting better attendance at rehearsals and streamlining the schedule to better serve the members and still be quality. The meeting happened right after our dress rehearsal for this weekends concert. Paul Randall came in to run his tunes with us and was fantastic. The meeting lasted 45 minutes, which may be a record.
